[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical plan administration and pharmacy benefit management services for state employees.
- Medical benefit services including provision of a comprehensive national provider network with uniform quality, provision of cost-effective contracting arrangements that can be demonstrated to represent direct savings to the state and plan participants, provision of a comprehensive set of medical management services, effective, efficient, and accurate claim processing, payment of claims on a scheduled basis including issuance of reimbursement checks, best-in-class member services and customer support, accessible current coverage reports, HSA accounts administration, COBRA administration, superior level of account management and service, sophisticated web-services for plan participants.
(2) A pre-bid or proposal conference will be held on February 21, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
