[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1)Vendor needs to provide professional audit and agreed upon procedures services to the government authority located in North Scituate, RI.
- Requesting proposals from qualified public accounting firms or accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019 with the option of an additional 2-year extension to fiscal years ending March 31, 2020 and March 31, 2021.
- Desires the auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its financial statements, which will include government-wide financial statements, fund financial statements, and notes to the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving required
supplementary information required as mandated by generally accepted auditing standards.
- Required Supplementary Information shall include: management’s discussion and analysis, schedule of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance - budget and actual, schedules related to defined benefit pension plans and OPEB plans.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 21,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
