Vendor needs to provide it infrastructure support services on daily basis
- Perform minor cabling work as needed.
- Perform server support and maintenance.
- Perform general maintenance and updates on all software packages.
- Maintain and support the Town's firewalls.
- Install initial files, directories, and security to accommodate department needs.
- Coordinate the hardware and software purchases and assist in budget preparation for the IT function.
- Secure Internet connectivity to control the servers and network equipment for problem diagnosis and
Resolution.
- Antivirus policy and management.
- Backup and recovery policy and management.
- Any IT related services that may arise.to the government authority located in West Warwick, RI.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
