Vendor needs to provide performance management program services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Develop a more meaningful evaluation process that provides employees with real–time, relevant feedback that supports them and provides opportunity for growth and professional development.– Software helps to provide evaluations, tracks progress and reports completion.– It should also serve as a tool that can help connect our work to our strategic plan, our guiding principles, DEI work to create a sense of shared contribution that would help the college greatly.– The right tool would be a platform that can help streamline the process of evaluation, it should allow feedback and communication between managers and employees on regular and ad hoc basis, from scheduled 1:1 meeting, quarterly, semi–annual, and annual performance evaluation cycles.– It should also offer integration between tools such as Microsoft, Outlook and Ellucian banner using available API or SFTP.– It should enable us to gain greater completion rates of employee performance reviews and better tracking and accountability, through reporting, notification, reminders, etc.– It should also be able to identify when performance may need review for intervention, employee support and follow up on improvement goals.
