(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot management and data collection service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– Provide fast, easy–to–use, web–based and mobile applications for pay upon entry options for season and day use passes, which can be quickly scanned at all parking lot entrances.– Reduce the amount of time it takes to enter parking lots.– Provide real information on capacity of parking lots with the ability to communicate and alert agency and local police agencies of lot capacity.– Provide exceptional customer service as patrons enter state beach parking lots.– Reduce traffic backups and congestion in and around parking lots.– Track visitation and revenue data in real–time.– Utilize integrative parking lot management and software technology.– Service will include day–to–day parking facilities management, staffing, and operational services each year and meet the operational demands during the required hours of operation at all facilities.– Vendor will be responsible for fee collection and for scanning prepaid passes at all facility entrance booths as well as directing patrons to parking spaces, confirming vehicles are appropriately parking within designated parking lines or in gravel or grass lots.• Vendor payment system must– Collect data through a secure, responsive, and accessible web form.– Provide real–time parking availability information.– Allow for mobile and other forms of electronic payment using wireless devices, contactless credit and debit cards, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Google Wallet, and other emerging payment technologies.– Save passholder data for any pass type that requires validation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
