(1) Vendor needs to assist eligible businesses with the preparation of successful rural energy for America program applications and necessary environmental reports to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– The vendor will lead efforts to communicate with all parties like farmers, installers, OER, etc. relevant to REAP application submission to obtain and complete all documentation needed to prepare a full REAP application.– This effort will enhance the quality and success rate of grant applications submitted by farmers by providing dedicated assistance while also offering technical support for the submission of environmental review and additional documentation requested.– Coordinating or aiding in communications with representatives to ensure all guidelines are adhered to and the application is successfully submitted.– Assisting agency agricultural operations with filing for System Award Management and Unique Entity Identifier registrations.– Assistance with all reporting requirements associated with this grant opportunity to be submitted.– Quantify and record the impact of the program.– Agency will determine the scope of data that will be communicated, in what format, and at what intervals, to various stakeholder groups. The vendor must be able to securely store, and share with agency, farm energy project data.– The vendors are expected to maintain a clear, up–to–date log of all hours worked and how those hours were spent, broken down by specific service or activity included.– The vendor will be responsible for collecting a range of program data and communicating this clearly, regularly, and completely(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2024.
