Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web-based document imaging solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based document imaging solution.
• Solution must include a stylus with an electronic signature pad to e-sign documents.
• Prefer a solution that can scan directly into our authority wide software.
• Solution must have the ability to merge all documents from our previous two document imaging systems (mentioned above) into your solution, then staff can view and print these documents from your solution.
• Prefer a solution that can detect single-sided or double-sided documents.
• Prefer a solution that can email PDF images directly from our desktop scanner software or MFD’s (multi-function device).
• Prefer a solution that scans images in B/W or color.
• Prefer a solution that can clearly scan documents such as but not limited to Licenses, ID’s, SS Cards, Passports and Immigration paperwork.
• Prefer a solution that merges our tenant applicant documents to tenant files once the applicant is housed.
• Prefer a solution that can export and email images in a PDF format.
• Solution must be compatible with Fujitsu FI-6130 and FI-7160 scanners.
• Solution must have the ability to implement; MFA (multi-factor authentication) per user, SSO (single sign-on), encryption at rest, roles based on users (i.e., download and view only)
• Must provide SOC2 report.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
