[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services for the Dean of Pharmacy is seeking a consultant who can assist with the search by doing the following tasks, at the discretion of the search committee to the government authority located in Kingston, RI.
- Organize the search process
- Coordinate and moderate public forums throughout the state before finalizing a position profile
- Identify and attract a strong and diverse candidate pool
- Develop an appropriate preliminary screening process
- Assist in the identification of a short list of candidates
- Work with the search committee to reduce the short list to the finalists
- Maintain the confidentiality of the process
- Advise on all aspects of the search
- Provide assistance to the search committee in recruiting, screening and evaluating candidates
- Conduct reference and background checks of finalists as directed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
