[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide job description analysis services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The vendor will work collaboratively with the district’s evaluation team to analyze and revise current job descriptions, reclassify positions as needed, determine performance competencies for each position and develop performance review processes and tools.
- The selected vendor will provide a framework for the district team to collect, analyze and revise job and classification information as well as support with a position analysis to compare jobs internally and to relevant school districts.
- The vendor will identify existing data sources as a reference for benchmarking positions.
- The vendor will develop a project management system to track the development process of each job description, related competencies and position-specific performance management tools.
- An analysis of each job description by classification will be conducted. The analysis will yield identified performance competencies for each to be considered in the development of the performance management tool.
- Guidance will be provided to the internal evaluation team to design a performance management system for all classifications with an annual timeline, evaluation process and training modules for evaluators.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 07, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
