[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide owner program management services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Prepare, update and continue to refine the Master Project schedule.
- Schedule, facilitate and document all meetings prompted by the corporation with regard to the project and master project. Provide meeting minutes, with action item categorization, and distribute minutes within 3 business days of the meeting.
- Organize, schedule, attend, document, and distribute all Master Project related correspondences and information, including information relating to the ongoing project meetings and resolutions.
- Conduct or facilitate design coordination meetings with the corporation, state agencies, the developer’s selected team (architect and any others involved in the design) to discuss and review issues pertaining to all phases in the project.
- Develop and implement a format and procedure for the review and processing of developer payment applications that ensures that the work being compensated is in alignment with the requirements of the funding.
- Act as the corporation’s or state’s representative with other project partners and stakeholders, including all governmental permitting agencies.
- Submit all Project documentation including, files, records, drawings, submittals, samples and other information to the corporation in an organized and usable form in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Provide a move manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to coordinate the state’s staff notification and communication efforts.
- Coordinate any furniture or items to be relocated to the new site, that is not within the Developers purview. Work includes decommissioning and recommissioning equipment.
- Coordinate decommissioning of the existing facility including emptying contents of the buildings and making safe any utility disconnections.
- Provide monthly status reports to the Corporation, DOA and RIDOH, of the Master Project, including all supporting projects, highlighting the status of the Project budget, scope and schedule.
