Vendor needs to provide broadband speed test vendor service for end-user broadband speed test data to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
• Licensed access via username and password to access the Proposer’s speed test data (via a database interface or other portal) in order to obtain and analyze materials, including, but not limited to,
- Speed test Intelligence for Fixed Networks over the upcoming twelve months
- Speed test Intelligence for Wireless Networks over the upcoming twelve months
- Historical Speed test Intelligence data from August 1, 2021 – present day
- Data to cover entire state, be for all providers; and include raw data speed test intelligence portal access
• The dataset should include upload and download speed, client IP address, server address, device brand, network operator name, cell ID, Wi-Fi speed, ISP common name for each data point available through the dataset
• Monthly data extractions of data, specified at the level of granularity proposer can offer, including decimal-level if available as coordinates, via online or cloud-based transfer
• Data should be available as a flat file and through Application Programming Interface (API)
• Assurance that the corporation will retain the right to view, extract, clean, and analyze data provided by the proposer as well as share data with approved corporation partners and publish aggregated findings using the data to public platforms.
