Vendor needs to provide community engagement platform for an online engagement platform to standardize and expand upon online engagement for its various initiatives and projects.
• Offer an online platform with departmental licenses that connects providence’s department od planning and development to community members and other external stakeholders
• Provide option for online, external-facing meetings through said platform
• Ability to create and maintain surveys and ideation through traditional means
• Offer robust staff support pre-launch of engagement site and maintenance support throughout duration of contract
• Collect, analyze, and offer themes and insights into areas of importance from engagement content provided by community members
• Customizable homepage that fits well with city branding
• Demonstrates nuanced understanding of city government and municipal engagement needs (experience with government a plus)
• Willing to create a strategic and supportive partnership with the department for maximizing the benefits of the platform
• Provide tools including:
- Project templates
- Translation services
- Multi-channel tools for communication (texting, emails, newsletters, social media integration)
- Dashboard for analytics
