Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for after-school high dosage tutoring services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-school high dosage tutoring services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Provide a preliminary overview training for the supporting teachers and principal from participating site
- Develop student/tutor schedules and support with the logistics in programming
- Alignment of programming with the school’s curriculum including but not limited to great minds, eureka, McGraw hill illustrative math
- Recruit, hire, train, assign, and deploy high-quality tutors
- Provide coaching and overall management of tutors
- Provide additional site-based support to ensure successful program implementation related to systems/procedures, culture and academics
- Manage the “tutorial room” without additional support
- Ensure students’ grades are appropriately implemented based on school’s grading policy
- Provide daily site-based support.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
