Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for COVID-19 data analytics and data lake services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide produced in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment to include COVID-19 surges which may impact the daily routine to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Provide software but shall adapt and update the existing reporting infrastructure and data lake as required based on the changing nature of the COVID-19 response.
- Maintain awareness of global COVID-19 data insights and think resourcefully about available data that may help address COVID-19 goals.
- The analytic support shall include a management structure to ensure oversight and direction for the analysts on the team, with leadership from the successful Vendor team participating in leadership level meetings and planning alongside of Quant team leadership.
- Link approximately 40 individual level testing datasets daily.
- Summarize aggregate data sources.
- Utilize other sources of data as needed. - Maintain logic to enable reporting on subgroups defined by geography, demographics, and other case characteristics.
- Maintain logic and subject matter expertise to enable reporting characteristics of cases reflected across the complementary data sets, such as hospitalizations and deaths among subsets of cases, breakthrough cases among all vaccinated individuals and vaccine status of all confirmed cases.
- Develop, document, maintain and provide training and support on the IDL.
- Ensure daily production of the IDL extract transform load processes.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end data quality and access issues.
- Implement industry best practices to optimize existing Python codebase that improves performance in our data pipelines.
- Generate a rich set of documentation materials to promote transparency and usability among data and business users.
- Establish training systems that engage with RIDOH staff on the required maintenance and upkeep of the IDL Platform.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2021
(3) Pre-bid conference will be held on September 3, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
