[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide public safety dispatch center assessment services to the government authority located in Cumberland, RI.
- The agency/agent must have experience in providing consulting services to other municipalities in public safety dispatch center/9- 1-1 public safety answering point (PSAP) consolidation
- The agency/agent must have knowledge of current public safety dispatch communication center structures, management, and oversight models, staffing models and industry best practices
- The agency/agent will have the ability to conduct data collection, on-site interviews, site visits and on-site observations
- The agency/agent must have the ability to provide a final analysis, recommendations and a final written report detailing all findings and recommendations.
- The agency/agent will have the ability to utilize a nationally recognized staffing application to determine appropriate staffing models for the public safety dispatch center. The Association of
Public-Safety Communications Officials RETAINS application is an example of a recognized application.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
