Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for courier services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide courier services for delivery (by 12:00 NOON) of payroll for Providence School Department. Delivery will be on a weekly basis for approximately forty-two (42) weeks or as directed by the Payroll Office and the successful bidder shall have a person available at the Providence School Department Office no later than 7:30 AM on the delivery day and there are approximately fifty (50) delivery stops in each payroll period and the successful bidder may be expected to conduct up to 100 delivery stops every Friday to pick up timesheets and drop off payroll to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Picking up mail and packages etc. at various schools and administrative offices on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) unless specified by the Providence School Department. There are 33 pickup and delivery stop on Mondays and Wednesdays. There are 32 pickup and delivery stop on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are 50 pickup and delivery stop on Fridays. The number of pickups and deliveries is subject to change as are the locations themselves.
- Vendor must provide feedback to Central Supply Foreman relative to problems identified with mail and packages. The vendor must pick up mail from all locations. Mail is not subject just to the mail bags. The vendor must assist in sorting mail. The vendor must return to administration Building with mail, payroll and packages in a timely manner and must complete deliveries and pickups in a timely manner.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
