[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide diagramming software
A. Software to be cloud/web-based.
B. Software should include a customer-facing aspect for viewing floor plans on the cloud.
C. Strong preference for floor plan software that is intuitive, user-friendly, quick and easy-to-learn the basics.
D. Successful bidder to offer function space layouts, to include measurements, at no additional cost.
E. Successful bidder to offer pricing for 1-year contract, as well as pricing for multiple-years.
F. Software training offered at no cost or nominal cost.
G. Contract term to include help-line to all users available at all times.
H. All diagrams to be stored on web-based program
I. Ability for software to generate automatic (“wizard”) drawing capabilities as well as manual functions.
J. Ability to include all available inventory.
K. Ability of software to include multiple seating options such as, theatre, classroom, banquet, chevron, staggered, etc. Within these sets, software must be able to provide numbering system for tables, text capability, color code, and ability to produce 3-D renderings of sets.
L. Ability to develop floor plans for pipe and drape, and/or table top exhibits.
M. An added social-distancing tool (in response to COVID-19)
N. Developers must continuously solicit client feedback and use to improve software usability.
O. Successful fee proposal to include: cost to furnish, install, start up and configure software; cost of initial training and ongoing support; cost per user.
P. Ability to add or change equipment inventory to software diagramming system at any given time, and the costs to do so.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
