[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide residential mortgage loan quality control software to provide it with software that may be utilized in the performance of quality control reviews of its residential mortgage loan servicing and subservicing operations.
- The review will encompass all servicing and subservicing operations which include customer service, escrow administration, year-end processing, ARM processing, payoff processing, servicing transfers, assumptions, payment processing, investor reporting, default administration and reporting, property inspections and preservation, loss mitigation and credit bureau reporting
- The software must include algorithms to select a random statistical sample of loans for review
- The software must include an analysis of review findings, gross and net defect reports and trending reports

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
