[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services for full service automation for water, sewer, and tax bill applications to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- The vendor must be able to presort for automation discounts, laser print data, perforate, fold, insert and mail
- Vendor shall and must have the capability to read and process spool files.
- Vendor shall and must have the capability to print OCR-B scan lines.
- Vendor shall and must have the capability for selective messaging and intelligent inserting.
- Vendor shall and must have the capability to provide multi page inserting.
- Vendor shall and must be able to provide a wide range of color printing.
- Vendor shall and must be able to provide a PDF of each bill through an FTP site.
- Vendor shall and must be able to generate the bills through PDF files or through templates and form mapping

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
