[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software as a service.
- Increase public participation across a representative demographic and geographic cross-section of the population.
- Gain greater insight into public opinion.
- Obtain quantifiable and actionable data on public preferences and priorities.
- The State shall be the owner of content and usage data uploaded to the platform. The Vendor must notify the State immediately upon discovering any breach or compromise of security protocols, measures or any unauthorized access to personal information.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2019
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
