[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services to develop a comprehensive, dynamic plan that includes academic programs, parent and community partnerships, system accountability for meeting the academic needs of all students, human resources, and business operations to support teaching and learning.
- The consultant shall demonstrate the ability to assist in creating a strategic plan and demonstrate that the delivery of the plan will be exciting and adaptable to changes in both the community and city
- Examine existing strategy information including the mission, vision, last strategic plan and key indicators to develop a summary of the present state of city and to customize a process that aligns with city specific needs, builds on existing strengths and draws from best practices, including development of tools for collecting and working with data
- Actively engage and facilitate all key stakeholder groups, including students, staff, community, parents, and school committee to ensure all have an opportunity to provide structured input
- Analyze strategic planning committee finding and survey results
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 9, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
