[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment banking services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Advise the bay commission on a financing approach to meet capital needs
- Assist with the identification and analysis of refunding opportunities as well as the conversion of bay commission’s variable rate debt to fixed rate mode
- Work with the bay commission and their financial advisor to prepare credit rating agency presentations related to its open market issues
- Work with the bay commission to market its bonds at the lowest possible interest cost
- Maintain and support a secondary market for the bay commission’s bonds.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
