[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic filing system consulting services to the government authority located in Cranston, RI.
- Gathering information regarding state legal system, including court structure, rules, forms, business processes, services, and technology
- Assessing current processes available to pro se litigants in the civil litigation context
- Identifying areas for improvement in regard to how the state judiciary provides access and services to pro se litigants in civil cases, including the simplification of forms, triaging of services, rule and process changes, training, specific access services for self-represented litigants, prioritizing solutions and options for future implementation, documenting all findings and drafting a final report including specific strategies and initiatives recommended, and presenting findings to the chief justice of the state supreme court and other stakeholders.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
