[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive insurance package coverage services including Information Security and Privacy Liability, Regulatory Défense, Penalties, Website Media Content liability maximum policy aggregate limit, notified individuals in the aggregate, legal, forensic and public relations crisis management, costs, fees and expenses incurred to provide such breach Response Services. This is part of, and not in addition to, the Policy Aggregate Limit of Liability, Data and Network Liability Retention Each Claim, Regulatory Events Retention Each Claim, Media Liability Retention Each Claim and Crime Endorsement, Fraudulent Instruction, Funds Transfer Fund, Telephone Fraud to the government authority located in Cranston, RI.
(2) The contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
