[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based comprehensive asset and infrastructure management software is to optimize system utilization for all users, improve response times, reduce errors, reduce manual efforts, improve analytical capabilities, tracking, reporting and improve customer service and response, asset record tracking, asset lifecycle management, parts/supplies inventory, preventive maintenance/scheduling, work management, work order billing, reporting, dashboard analytics, service requests and responses (complaints); the vendor shall also identify if service requests can be filed on-line via a website portal.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting/ Conference call will be held on May 8, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
