Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for pay- by -phone parking services application.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pay- by -phone parking services application. a pay- by- cell phone option to pay for parking at the City’s on on-street meters, municipal parking lots and the parking lot. At a minimum the selected Pay- by- Phone system must include the following:
1) Extensive experience in providing mobile payment services in a municipal setting that includes both on-street and off-street paid parking.
2) It is anticipated that the successful proposer will be the merchant of record on behalf of the City.
3) The system employed for credit card acceptance must be secure and certified PCI compliant.
4) Ability to integrate with a variety of parking meters and parking control systems including, but not limited to, the meters and systems currently in use in the city.
5) Ability to integrate with existing and future enforcement applications and devices.
6) Ability to customize locations according the City’s requirements, including the grouping of on-street parking meters.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
