(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive insurance package services to the government authority located in Cranston, RI.
- Information security and privacy liability, regulatory defense and penalties, website media content liability maximum policy aggregate limit,
- Privacy breach response services, legal, forensic and public relations crisis management, cyber extortion retention,
- Business interruption loss, data and network liability, retention each claim, eCrime endorsement, media liability.
(2) The contract term will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
