- Deliver professional development throughout the school year that will provide a framework for participants to preserve and enhance democracy by cultivating students care and concern for their communities.
- Provide participants with direct coaching, classroom observation.
- Connect participants to community stakeholder with expertise on chosen topic.
- Equip participants with the knowledge, skills and dispositions necessary to participate effectively in democratic life.
- Incorporates time and space for reflection on multiple levels: individuals, small group and large group.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
