[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications consultant to assist with developing a marketing and communications campaign for a new program at both the housing authorities.
- Publicizes the new program and the commitment of both housing authorities to supporting substance abuse treatment, recovery, prevention and wellness, as well as other needs of at-risk residents and program participants.
- Fosters trust that the housing authorities are a source of assistance and that lease enforcement action will not occur if a resident discloses a substance abuse issue for which he/she is seeking assistance;
- Heightens awareness of the dangers of opioid use and abuse;
- Engages the community in prevention and wellness; and
- Raises awareness of available treatment and support resources in the community
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 21, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
