Vendor needs to provide Metalogix migration tool that require retain metadata and permissions during migration, migrate custom and SharePoint designer workflows, migrate documents and item ids, activate like features between the source and the target, including site-level features, ability to authenticate to SharePoint source and destination environments via multiple options, including DoD CAC and windows authentication, tool must be implemented immediately to preclude business disruptions, maintenance and support, ease of use and investments.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
