[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and marketing services to assist with developing a marketing and communications campaign for a new program at both the city Housing Authorities that will seek to assist individuals and families impacted by opioid abuse by raising awareness of the dangers of opioid use and available resources in the community.
- Strategic communications consultant to develop an effective marketing and communications campaign for this new program that publicizes the new program and the commitment of both housing authorities to supporting substance abuse treatment, recovery, prevention and wellness, as well as other needs of at-risk residents and program participants, fosters trust that the housing authorities are a source of assistance and that lease enforcement action will not occur if a resident discloses a substance abuse issue for which he/she is seeking assistance, heightens awareness of the dangers of opioid use and abuse, engages the community in prevention and wellness; and raises awareness of available treatment and support resources in the community.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 21, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 01, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
