Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for vulnerability scan and penetration test services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vulnerability scan and penetration test services including Vendor will test from the Internet and from a position within the PHA network, conduct an External Vulnerability Assessment of PHA’s external Internet facing presence, conduct an External Penetration Test, following the guidelines found in the Penetration Testing Execution Standard, of PHA’s external Internet facing presence, Utilizing the data gathered from the External Network Vulnerability Assessment, Vendor will develop an attack plan and attempt to compromise PHA’s network and demonstrate in a non-impactful manor the ability to gain access to sensitive confidential information, conduct an Internal Vulnerability Assessment of PHA’s internal environment. As part of this assessment the vendor will attempt to map the internal footprint, which will include identification of the available hosts, underlying operating systems and applications installed, and any services being offered by each host, conduct an Internal Penetration Test, following the guidelines found in the Penetration Testing Execution Standard, of PHA’s internal environment. Utilizing the data gathered from the Internal Network Vulnerability Assessment, Vendor will develop an attack plan and attempt to compromise PHA’s systems and demonstrate in a non-impactful manor the ability to gain access to sensitive confidential information to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
