[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based ride matching system offering commuters the ability to find partners for similar trips, including regular commuter trips and other non-commute trips with origins and destinations in southern New England.
- The system will also provide commuters the option to log other alternative modes (e.g. carpooling, biking, walking, public transportation).
- Develop an online rideshare match service for alternative modes of transportation in the Rhode Island area to include:
1 Managing compatibility criteria such as male or female, smoker or non-smoker, radio preference, etc.
2 Offering flexible matching to include one-way trips, flexible work weeks, and reoccurring trips.
3 Features such as buddies, blocking participants, etc.
- Develop an incentives-based rewards program.
- Provide accurate record keeping and tracking of each trip, as well as saved mileage and emissions from passengers who gave up driving alone.
- Develop and host a web-based information dashboard type program.
- Establish an experienced sales team to help develop a local rewards program for those who share the ride, walk, bike, and use transit (bus, train) for commuting to work. Rewards may include discounts, coupons to national and local restaurants, coffee shops, sports venues, retail stores both national and local.
- Develop a Mobile application for users of smart phones and tablets to access the program, including logging trips and redeeming rewards, through these devices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
