[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical, pharmacy and dental insurance benefit services for their combined employee populations, also provides self-insured arrangement, stop loss insurance, self-insured arrangement, fully insured arrangement and fully insured dental to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Medical ASO and/or fully insured option, please include (at a minimum) the following services medical claims administration, pharmacy claims administration, pharmacy formulary management, wellness program platform and management, work-related injury coverage and HIPAA administration, utilization review, large case management, disease management and coordination and subrogation of benefits.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
