(1) Vendor needs to provide storage area network maintenance renewal services for our virtual desktop infrastructure to store virtual systems and user data in the research, development, test and evaluation environment. The maintenance agreement includes support for hardware and software for the VNX- 5400 SAN. The maintenance agreement is needed to provide system updates, patches and quick reliable maintenance for the VNX-5400 SAN to the government authority located in Newport, Rhode Island.
(2) This bid set aside total small business.
(3) Contract period will be for one years.
