[A] Budget: Up to 16,500 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and marketing services to assist with developing a marketing and communications campaign for a new program at both the housing authorities that will seek to assist individuals and families impacted by opioid abuse by raising awareness of the dangers of opioid use and available resources in the community.
- Create a bilingual (English/Spanish) communication plan that promotes opioid abuse prevention and the availability of substance abuse and related services to staff, residents and section 8 participants of the housing authorities, design materials and messaging for components of the plan including up to five different components.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 19, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
