[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending june 30, 2019 with two one-year options of an additional years ending june 30, 2020 and june 30, 2021 contingent upon satisfactory completion to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than February 11, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
