(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce support assistant services for right of timely and unrestricted access during normal business hours to any books, documents, papers, reports, or other records of contractor that are pertinent to the fulfillment, kept and maintained in standard accounting form, customize and design salesforce for the workforce partnerships team and provide staff training to optimize user functionality and reporting features, platform to track engagement, relationships, enrollment, funding, activity by sector and more, creating customized campaigns and dashboards to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2019.
