[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system including a cloud service partner to host and maintain its single, exclusive learning management system.
- Guaranteed hours of system availability for live environments as well as test and training environments
- 24X7 service with clearly defined procedures for reporting and resolving problems of all categories such as system down to sporadic tool failure
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
