[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management system audit services to ensure the Judiciary’s case management system is operating as intended, to assess its availability and effectiveness for our judicial operations, and to determine our technological position as a result of its implementation. The audit should include a review of the CMS’ security protocols, governance of confidentiality, any oversight or database security from the software parent, the rights and roles of users in the CMS, change control procedures in place, and the integrity of its reporting capabilities available to the Judiciary that may be both financial and operational in nature and a review of our Purchasing Rules and Regulations to ensure there are adequate controls in place for the acquisition of goods and/or services to fulfill the Judiciary’s mission, safeguard the public property under the Judiciary’s authority, and protecting the public while at the courthouses, Auditor will determine whether internal and system controls over financial and operating data are adequate and effective to provide reasonable assurance that the financial and operating information is accurate and reliable, Auditor will perform a risk assessment of the Judiciary’s new case management system to determine the level of risk and adequacy of controls in the various financial functional processes including assessments, bail, court registry accounts, restitution, cashiering, and reconciliation procedures by evaluating the results of their findings and assigning a low, moderate, or high risk rating to the individual business processes, Auditor will report significant risk exposures and/or control issues, including fraud risks, governance issues, and other matters needed or requested by the AOSC and Auditor will provide an overall conclusion on the audited case management system to the AOSC to the government authority located in Cranston, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
