[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning, imaging and digitization services for the State Archives Historic Public Laws manuscript collection.
- Provide high resolution PDF and TIFF files of the approximately 460 cubic feet, or 623 volumes, 103 records cartons, and 63 metal edged boxes, of records included in the collection.
- Create metadata and run Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software for each item scanned from the volumes and boxes.
- Complete all work and scanning onsite to ensure quality control and continued research access during the digitization process and additional JPGs of each scan for downloading and online public access.
- Create an online accessioned series with full-text PDFs or JPEGs that can be shared with the public and to apply basic archival preservation to the historic materials
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
