[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Visioning and Planning Consultant Services for internal organizational visioning and planning activities, strong role in local substance abuse prevention activities and engages in other activities to promote healthy eating, physical activity, urban agriculture and other public health topics as funding and opportunities become available
- Partnering with administration to develop and refine planning process work plan
- Meeting with key stakeholders and conducting other research to complete extensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
- Identifying gaps in public-health related support, resources, services or functions needed by stakeholders that can develop capacity to fill
- Identifying and projecting trends in relevant funding from public and private sources
- Identifying governmental or non-profit public health promotion peer agencies and key best practices in organizational structure and function
- Communicating with staff regularly regarding updates, needs, and challenges
- Drafting and completing report summarizing process, findings and recommendations to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 19, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
