[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based clinical education management database system for eliminate the redundancy in data entry and need for manual transportation and automatically track criteria creating electronic reports, ability for student to upload drug test, background checks and all immunizations using multiple formats, ability to initiate and track student immunization record requirements, ability to indicate when requirements are due, ability to run reports on status of requirements, ability for student to maintain their own profile during their enrollment and after graduation, ability to keep historical student data in the system without financial impact, ability for clinical site to setup a clinical instructor bio, ability to verify and track clinical instructor credentials, licenses, ability to send email confirmation to site and student about the final confirmation of the students, ability for faculty or to track and validate or approve student hours to ensure the curriculum.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
