(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and advertising firms services for producing, printing and copies of water quality report, layout and proof reading, high quality photos of a generic nature, generic graphics for inclusion in the report.
- Production of annual water quality report and printing of 6,000 English copies of an annual water quality report.
(2) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
