[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide lead data management platform for improve data collection, management, tracking and reporting in order to help meet water quality requirements for point of use drinking water programs including lead service line replacement and on-demand customer lead testing, allow reimbursement for mileage and meals, manage appropriate permissions so managers, field collectors, data administrators, ability to manage and track key performance indicators for each program individually, ability to export data into Microsoft excel, capable of integrating with other systems of record such as customer billing system, GIS and potentially other databases, meet and maintain industry best practices for data security and uptime, conversion and migration of available historical data from multiple sources, capability to automate the delivery process of point-of-use drinking water testing kits to customers.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
