[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services for
- Professional Photography services supplied to the college for commencement 2019-2021 including number of photographers guaranteed and public relations photo usage and offerings,
- Detailed scope of services to graduates and procedures mail/email each graduate in attendance photo proofs, include time frame of arrival of both proofs and purchases,
- Selection of photo packages offered to each graduate in attendance,
- Guarantee of students’ privacy,
- Any rebate offered,
- Any other special amenities offered.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
