[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communication services to increase public awareness of and utilization of the college, many students and families could benefit from using refinancing college program, but we are competing with large banks and fintech companies who have huge marketing budgets and better name recognition.
- Also provide design and build web pages, graphic design, web traffic is monitored using HubSpot, design and build native apps, work with credit bureaus to produce direct mail campaign lists, produce animated videos, texting services, blogging and design and produce a variety of printed materials.
- Marketing and design staff that has been very successful in producing informational materials, graphic design, video production and advertising campaigns.
(2) A bidder’s conference call will be held on November 20, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
