[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business analyst services to assist in the successful implementation of a new case management system and support various project needs to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.
- Works of business analyst includes Client-facing, project-based, and technology implementation work, Excellent writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Business process analysis, Business need analysis, Ability to work with state agency and community-based agency personnel at various levels and to facilitate working group sessions, Ability to describe both functional and process workflow requirements, Strong communications skills including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with the project team and key stakeholders, Experience automating manual paper-based processes with digital technology.
- Business Analyst will work with the project manager, subject matter experts, vendor representatives and other internal and external stakeholders to build strong, trusting relationships, maintain clear and open channels of communication, define and document business processes, understand vendor platform capabilities, proactively identify and resolve issues or gaps between requirements and capabilities.
- The Business analyst must regularly report progress and potential problems, delays, and
concerns to the state project manager.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
