[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide market research services includes
- Identify the biggest challenges and pain points of students and families during the college planning, financial aid, and college financing processes and what solutions students and parents are seeking to help overcome those challenges.
- Understand the decision-making process that is involved in paying for college, in particular applying for financial aid and financing a college education, including the criteria used to make the decision and the relative importance of each aspect, factors that encourage engagement with RISLA, and factors that discourage engagement.
- Understand the communication preferences of high school students, college students, new graduates, and parents of young adults.
- Understand how the perception of applying for financial aid and completing the agency has changed with the simplification of the agency application over the past several years.
- Collect public perceptions of our organization, brand image, products, and services in order to aid our public awareness strategy.
- Understand who the key decision makers are in the family when it comes to developing a plan for paying for college and choosing a lender.
- Determine what kinds of borrowers are most interested in student loan refinancing and what they want to achieve by refinancing their loans.
- Get in-depth reactions to proposed communications to clearly understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of each in order to decide which communication should be used in our public awareness strategy. We would like to determine the most effective and appropriate venues (television, radio, print, outdoor, internet, telephone, etc.) to deliver messages about products and services.
- Seek recommendations to best position our organization, products, and services to appeal to our target audience to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
