[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medium security and intake service center security system at medium security and the intake service center,
- Replacing existing analog cameras and wiring with new IP cameras.
- Adding new IP cameras, security workstations, wiring, licenses and network switches as shown in appendix1 and as required.
- Providing new genetec archive servers to accommodate new cameras.
- Upgrading the existing directory and archive servers at intake and medium security with new.
- Upgrading to genetec version 5.7 at medium and intake.
- Replace the existing IP video encoders at medium with new.
- Providing new active network switches and corresponding network infrastructure to support all new and existing cameras, workstations and servers to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 5, 2018.
